hi.
I've been roleplaying for way too long to actually qualify as having a life. I celeb. I PB. I do it all AND I make a fantastic rhubarb pie. Actually, I've never had rhubarb pie. I don't like to scene on AIM, but if you're interested in brainstorming storyline details, I'll gladly leave you an AIM name to contact me on. I'm pretty quick with replying and my responses tend to be wordy and thought out versus short and to the point. Run on sentences are my best friend and I have a sick, sick addiction to internal dialog though flowery narrative about seafoam green eyes and unruly raven locks kind of makes me want to throw up a little. If you're not a fan of rambling, I'm probably not the writer for you. Just saying. If I take a little while to respond to a thread I'm probably either busy or sadly I may have spaced out and I seriously don't mind in the least if you poke at me a little to tell me to get my act together. I'll probably thank you for it.

Storybook, third person is the only way I'll go. Second person is confusing as all hell and first honestly just creeps me out. I have no preference toward PB or celeb, but I don't have any pre-existing PB storylines set up at this time. The people I'll celeb are noted as such in my icons. I'll pretty much PB anyone except Disney kids and Fueled By Ramen band members, so throw someone at me and we'll see how it works. I'm flexible. Got a dream pairing no one's ever wanted to write for you? Ask me and I'll see what I can do. I like a challenge and I like thinking outside the box.
how are you?
I like storylines that make me think. I like tossing mismatched individuals into unusual situations and seeing them scramble to figure out how to react. I like unpredictability and scenes that go in the complete opposite direction of what I was originally anticipating. I write slash, femme, and het. I honestly have no preference to one or the other and I find it a great exercise in character development when a seemingly 'straight' person ends up finding themself unexpectedly attracted to someone of the same gender. This does not mean I will slash everyone, but most of my characters will most likely bend either way for the right person. I will play sex scenes if necessary, but if that's all you want to write go elsewhere. I will probably die off on you if your character is overly aggressive and tries to get in my character's pants during the first scene. I don't mind darker storylines but nothing cheap and melodramatic, please.

I've decided not to list specific pairings I want and let other people suggest ideas of what pairings they might find interesting celeb-wise from the people that I play. There are a few I'd sell a kidney for, and those are (me/you): Amanda Palmer/Ben Folds, Amanda Palmer/Jenny Owen Youngs (I'll play either but I prefer Amanda), Joanna Newsom/Devendra Banhart, Jennifer Carpenter/Michael C. Hall (I'll play either), Michael C. Hall/Peter Krause (I'll play either), and Deb/Lundy (fandom: Dexter). While it seems I play more females than males, that is not the case. I'm far more open to PBing any male you might suggest, so I don't have specific faces listed. I love random storylines in celeb. I enjoy the odd cliche co-star pairing as much as the next person, but attempting to realistically justify something totally off the wall is much more satisfying to me.
